其中MR為繼電器類型，MT為晶體管類型，它們的區(qū)別是:
1.繼電器接的外部電源可以是直流也可以使交流，可直接驅(qū)動(dòng)220v直流負(fù)載，晶體管的外部電源只能接直流的，不能直接驅(qū)動(dòng)開關(guān)，需要接中繼來間接驅(qū)動(dòng)
⒉繼電器類型的開關(guān)頻率低，而晶體管可以輸出高頻信號(hào)如伺服系統(tǒng)的脈沖輸出就使用晶體管類型的PLC。在實(shí)際運(yùn)用中根據(jù)需要來選擇相應(yīng)的PLC規(guī)格。
2PLC輸出端子輸出端子介紹
以40端子來說明，輸入3組+輸出2組=5*40端子，其中輸入端子只有一個(gè)公共端S/S，而輸出有5個(gè)公共端。YO和Y1各單獨(dú)使用com端，Y2和Y3共用con2，V4、5、6、7共用com3，Y10、11、12、13共用com4，Y14、15、16、17共用com5.
3繼電器接線
繼電器類型的PLC輸出回路如下圖，可以使用直流電源和交流電源來驅(qū)動(dòng)負(fù)載，不分漏源型輸出。繼電器型PLC輸出回路
工控中常見的輸出控制有電機(jī)、指示燈、報(bào)警器、電磁閥門等，有個(gè)能直接與PLC輸出端子Y連接，有的則需要中間繼電器或者接觖器來連接。
