大量的知名企業(yè),包括西門子、施耐德電氣、博世力士樂、倍福等公司,都認(rèn)為軟硬件解耦是大勢(shì)所趨,推出了與硬件完全解耦的虛擬PLC產(chǎn)品。
尤其是西門子在漢諾威上正式展示的首款虛擬工業(yè)控制器Simatic S7-1500V,可以認(rèn)為是行業(yè)風(fēng)向標(biāo)。
而且這種變化不僅發(fā)生在離散制造領(lǐng)域,艾默生身先士卒,在流程工業(yè)也掀起了一股解耦浪潮。

可想而知,如果西門子們的控制軟件可以在任何第三方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)硬件上運(yùn)行,那么企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)將會(huì)發(fā)生快速變遷。這將造成工業(yè)自動(dòng)化發(fā)展范式的劇烈變化。

In the article "McKinsey's Latest Report Interpretation of Industrial Automation: Will the Future Belong to Legacy Enterprises Siemens/ABB or Internet giants Amazon/Microsoft?", I once mentioned that if breakthrough growth is achieved in technologies such as virtual PLC, industrial artificial intelligence, and industrial wireless, industrial automation may quickly cross the critical point, from the slow evolving track of the past to the soon to rapidly developing avenue.
The signal of the critical point is becoming increasingly strong now. Since the Hanover Industrial Expo held in Germany in April this year, the market direction is rapidly changing, and consensus has been formed on the decoupling of software and hardware, with strong development momentum.
A large number of well-known companies, including Siemens, Schneider Electric, Bosch Rexroth, Beifu, and others, believe that software and hardware decoupling is the trend and have launched virtual PLC products that are completely decoupled from hardware.
Especially the first virtual industrial controller Simatic S7-1500V officially showcased by Siemens in Hanover can be considered as an industry benchmark.
