1.數(shù)字量輸入/輸出模塊原理(1)數(shù)字量輸入模塊原理
數(shù)字量輸入模炔用于連接外部的機(jī)械觸點(diǎn)和數(shù)字式電氣信號(hào)處理器，它將來(lái)自于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備(如轉(zhuǎn)換開(kāi)關(guān)、限位開(kāi)關(guān)、接近開(kāi)關(guān)、溫度傳感器、電磁線圈、閥執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)等)的電氣信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)換成一種可由CPU處理的電平信號(hào)。所有I/O模炔均采用光電隔離方式連接到總線上，且均可由軟件配置
PLC的輸入電路按外接電源的類型分為直流蝙入電路和交流輸入電路;按PLC輸入模塊公共端(COM端)電流的流向分為源輸入電路和漏輸入電路:按光糖發(fā)光二極管公共端的連接方式分為共陽(yáng)極和共陰極輸入電路;按接線方式分為匯點(diǎn)式、分組式和分隔式。
匯點(diǎn)式的各I/0電路有一個(gè)公共點(diǎn)，各輸入點(diǎn)成輸出點(diǎn)共用一個(gè)電源:分組式的V/0電路分為若千組，每個(gè)組的V/0電路有一個(gè)公共點(diǎn)，各組之間的電路是分開(kāi)的，可以分別使用不同的電源;:分隔式的各V/O電路之間都是相互隔離的，每一個(gè)I/0均可以使用單獨(dú)的電源，如圖2-14所示。
