(1)繼電器輸出:優(yōu)點是不同公共點之間可帶不同的交直流負載,且電壓也可不同,帶負載電流可達2A 點;但繼電器輸出方式不適用于高頻動作的負載,這是由繼電器的壽命決定的 (2)晶閘管輸出:帶負載能力為0.2A/ 點,只能帶交流負載,可適應(yīng)高頻動作,響應(yīng)時間為 1ms (3)晶體管輸出:優(yōu)點是適應(yīng)于高頻動作,響應(yīng)時間短,一般為0.2ms左右,但它只能帶DC5-30V的負載,輸出負載電流為0.5A/點,但每4點不得大于0.8A。當(dāng)你的系統(tǒng)輸出頻率為每分鐘 6 次以下時,應(yīng)繼電器輸出,因其電路設(shè)計簡單,抗干擾和帶負載能力強 當(dāng)頻率為 10 次/min 以下時,既可采用繼電器輸出方式,也可采用PLC輸出驅(qū)動達林頓三極管(5-10A),再驅(qū)動負載。

Precautions for output circuit design:
3.1. Selection of Output Method
(1) Relay output: The advantage is that different common points can carry different AC and DC loads, and the voltage can also be different, with a load current of up to 2A points; However, the relay output method is not suitable for high-frequency action loads, which is determined by the lifespan of the relay. (2) Thyristor output: with a load capacity of 0.2A/point, it can only carry AC loads and can adapt to high-frequency action, with a response time of 1ms. (3) Transistor output: The advantage is that it is suitable for high-frequency action, with a short response time, usually around 0.2ms. However, it can only carry DC5-30V loads, and the output load current is 0.5A/point, But every 4 points shall not exceed 0.8A. When the output frequency of your system is less than 6 times per minute, relay output should be used. Due to its simple circuit design, strong anti-interference and load carrying capacity, when the frequency is less than 10 times per minute, either relay output mode or PLC output can be used to drive the Darlington transistor (5-10A) and then drive the load.
When the PLC output carries an inductive load and the load is cut off, it will cause a surge current impact on the PLC output. Therefore, the DC inductive load should be placed next to it and connected to a continuous current diode. The AC inductive load should be connected to a surge absorption circuit in parallel, which can effectively protect the PLC. When two physical quantities of output have been software interlocked inside the PLC, they should also be interlocked outside the PLC to enhance system reliability
