MVME5100系列是摩托羅拉PowerPlus l VME架構系列的旗艦產(chǎn)品，可在單個VMEbus插槽中實現(xiàn)超級計算水平的性能。PowerPlus ll基于摩托羅拉計算機集團設計的集成PClI橋式存儲器控制器ASIC，將內(nèi)存性能提升到新的水平，內(nèi)存讀取帶寬為582MB/s，突發(fā)寫入帶寬為64OMB/。此外，PowerPlus lI架構支持264MB/s的全PCI吞吐量，而不會耗盡處理器的內(nèi)存。

The MVME5100 series is the flagship of MOTOROLA's PowerPlus l VME architecture family, delivering supercompute-level performance in a single VMEbus slot. Based on the integrated PClI Bridge memory controller ASIC designed by MOTOROLA Computer Group, the PowerPlus ll takes memory performance to the next level with memory read bandwidth of 582MB/s and burst write bandwidth of 64OMB/ s. In addition, the PowerPlus lI architecture supports a full PCI throughput of 264MB/s without depleting the processor's memory.
The extended temperature version of the MVME5100 series provides hardware and software compatible products to enhance existing MVME5100 products. The new version operates in a temperature range of -20° to 71 °C, compared to 0° to 55°C for the existing commercial version. This temperature range is beneficial for Oems who need to extend the operating temperature of their equipment.
