處理單元的使用

The structure of the processing unit consists of two parts: packaging materials and materials. The processing unit structure can be diverse. It can be very simple, such as a box containing only a specific number of materials, or it can be very complex, such as a pallet with many boxes, each box containing some smaller boxes, and these small boxes also contain several materials. The processing unit structure can include various processing units with parent-child relationships. You can manually create a processing unit structure for placing a specified number of materials; You can also set a template in the defined packaging definition and use the template to determine the processing unit structure for placing specific types of materials. Use of processing units
A processing unit is a single entity that can handle goods in a warehouse. Therefore, processing units can be used to receive, store, and distribute goods. To use a processing unit for warehouse processing, the processing unit must be linked to an entity representing the applicable warehouse movement:
Incoming or outgoing warehouse order lines
Receipt header or receiving line inspection line
Inbound or outbound notification line shipping header or loading run
After linking the processing unit to warehouse lines, receiving lines, etc., the processing unit can present both management and physical information related to the content. For more information, please refer to the inbound and outbound processes and processing units.
To link a processing unit to any header or row, generate a processing unit for that row. For example, if a processing unit is generated for a certain installation, a link is established between the processing unit and the installation. For more information, refer to the Maintenance Processing Unit.
Automatic identification of processing units is a feasible method, as users need to control the movement of materials with as few keystrokes as possible. To achieve this, a label can be attached to the processing unit. By defining the processing unit structure and scanning labels, warehousing activities during the receiving and shipping processes can be quickly and automatically executed.
You can perform warehouse processing according to the processing unit or according to the order line.
